- Check your grade.
- No more Typing Club! You do not have to do Typing Club anymore. I will explain my decision in class.
- Typing is now an extra credit activity:
- 30 wpm = certificate + 1,000 points of extra credit.
- 40 wpm = honors certificate + 1,000 points of extra credit.
- Moving forward, grades will be weighted as follows:
- Writing = 35%
- Quizzes = 35%
- Reading = 20%
- Activities = 10%
- Don't forget! If you complete (or revise) any writing assignment after the due date, you must let me know! Send me an email or talk to me in person. Too many students mistakenly assume that late writing assignments are graded automatically. That's not true! If you don't tell me that you have completed a late writing assignment, I have no way of knowing that it needs to be graded.
